Audrey Newsom - Lyon Real Estate

Audrey Newsom

I was born and raised in Carmichael and moved to El Dorado County in 2009 to purchase a home in beautiful Placerville, CA. With living and growing up in these two amazing counties, I understand the dynamics of each desirable area.

Outside of real estate, my children and family are the most important to me. I have three children and a grandson. I love spending quality time with them. We enjoy fun activities in the great outdoors of El Dorado County and I love hosting family gatherings at my home.

Prior to joining Lyon Real Estate, I have been self employed for most of my life. I jointly owned a construction company that built residential custom homes and remodels in Sacramento, El Dorado and surrounding counties. I believe this experience is invaluable in Real Estate to assist buyers and sellers. In the past, I served on the PTA board for Sacramento County for 7 years and I have always been active as a volunteer in my community.

As your Realtor, I will use all my resources and experience to make the home buying and selling experience a positive one for you. I have a passion for real estate and it is my goal to put my client's needs first and deliver with integrity, passion and as stress free as possible.

With gifts to purchase, events to attend, and decor to set up, we often end up in a pile of to-do lists, ribbon and gingerbread cookie crumbs — especially if you are...
